Delivery within Ukraine
Delivery to other cities of Ukraine is carried out by the following services:
✅ **Nova Poshta** – cash on delivery is available for orders over UAH 400 (UAH 200 prepayment).
✅ **Ukrposhta** – only with full prepayment.
✅ Orders under UAH 400 are sent only after full payment.
The cost of delivery is calculated according to the carrier's tariffs and is paid by the recipient.

Payment

Refunds
Funds are returned to the buyer's account within **2 business days** after confirmation of the return of the goods.
Exchange and Return Conditions
Article 9. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights":
The consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of proper quality for a similar one from the seller from whom it was purchased if the product did not satisfy them in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used by them for its intended purpose. The consumer has the right to exchange a product of proper quality within fourteen days, excluding the day of purchase.
The exchange of a product of proper quality is carried out:
- if it was not used;
- if its marketable condition is preserved;
- consumer properties, seals, labels;
- a payment document issued to the consumer together with the sold product.
Conditions for Exchange/Return of Goods of Inadequate Quality
Article 8. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights":
In case of detection of defects within the established warranty period, the consumer, in the manner and within the terms established by law, has the right to demand:
- proportional reduction of the price;
- free elimination of defects of the goods within a reasonable time;
- reimbursement of expenses for the elimination of defects of the goods.
The consumer's demands provided for in this article are not subject to satisfaction if the seller, manufacturer (enterprise satisfying the consumer's demands established by the first part of this article) proves that the defects of the goods arose as a result of the consumer's violation of the rules of use of the goods or their storage.
