Return Policy

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" (Art. 9), every consumer has the right to return goods that do not comply with the contract, subject to certain conditions.

Return Periods

The consumer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, if the goods have not been used, are preserved in their original packaging, and there are documents confirming the purchase (receipt, sales receipt, invoice). In case of defects or non-compliance of the goods with the declared characteristics, a return is possible within 14 days from the date the defect was discovered.

Return Conditions

Goods can only be returned if they have not been used and are in proper condition. The product packaging must also be undamaged. Goods belonging to certain categories (medical, hygienic, perishable) are not subject to return in accordance with Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection". These conditions must be clearly stated on the website or in the contract.

Seller's Obligations

The seller is obliged to accept the return of goods if they do not comply with the contract or have defects. The seller bears the return costs if the goods are found to be of improper quality. In case of goods return, the seller is obliged to provide information about the return procedure and possible costs.

Return Procedure

To return goods, the consumer must contact the seller by phone or email to agree on the return details. The consumer has the right to receive invoices and documents confirming the return, after which the goods must be returned to the specified address.

Refunds

After receiving the returned goods, the seller undertakes to refund the consumer within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, if the return occurred in accordance with the law.
